Considering all sightline this arched built-in viewed from the office ties into the custom built-in on the Office wall.  The soft curve adds contrast to the rigid built-in of the office. Muted colors of artwork and decor and a serenity to complement the office furniture.

Sunroom Sanctuary

From a black and white blank slate, this space became a blend of mid-century modern and farmhouse styles. Access to the outdoors and directly off the Kitchen and Dining rooms, designing a versatile space that could entertain a crowd was the primary goal. Motorized woven shades balanced by turquoise and rusty accents, a sofa to sink into and earthy elements achieved this family sanctuary.  

Modern Farmhouse Living

A multicolor rug grounds this coffered ceiling family room with a variety of textures and bold colors to carry your eye around the room. Botanical inspired drapery complements the mixed textures of tufted leather, wood sectioned wall art, metal accent tables, and velvet seating.

Multipurpose Room for Entertaining

With 800 square feet overlooking a pool and private yard, this room started with an overhaul of the layout to capitalize on pool views, and maximize the multipurpose functions of multiple entertaining areas. A modern greige palette, balanced by dramatic architectural beams, custom bar, rustic floors and accent lighting were just the start. Oversized rope arm swivels, deep sofa, and a 20’ built in bench loaded for pillows accommodates loads of guests. Custom bar faced in vertical marine blue beadboard, concrete top, knurled pulls and leather bar seats nail this modern vibe.
