With 800 square feet overlooking a pool and private yard, this room started with an overhaul of the layout to capitalize on pool views, and maximize the multipurpose functions of multiple entertaining areas. A modern greige palette, balanced by dramatic architectural beams, custom bar, rustic floors and accent lighting were just the start. Oversized rope arm swivels, deep sofa, and a 20’ built in bench loaded for pillows accommodates loads of guests. Custom bar faced in vertical marine blue beadboard, concrete top, knurled pulls and leather bar seats nail this modern vibe.
